Bruijn of De Groof&Co., Vlissingen, Netherlands reported that she passed Dungeness on the 28th underway from Pensacola, USA towards Rotterdam, Netherlands. She arrived in the afternoon of the 29th (?) at Brouwershaven, Netherlands. Everything was well on board.

The newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 25 January 1897 published an item dated London the 24th reporting that a telegram from New Orleans, USA was received reporting that she was stranded and lost on Timbilier Island. At that moment was she loaded with timber. Her captain Engelsman and his crew were saved. She arrived on 16 November 1896 at Sabina Pas coming from Rotterdam.
