Navy shipyard at Hellevoetsluis, Netherlands needed new steam engines and boilers according to the explanation of the Navy budget over 1882

An item reported that at the navy yard at Hellevoetsluis, Netherlands the dry docks needed desperately new steam engines and boilers. The 80 year old balance steam engine needed to be replaced and for this reason were in the budget over 1882 the needed money requested.
