At the navy yard at Amsterdam, Netherlands was the building of steam launches with a length of 9,14 metres continued. Further more was a steam launch with a length of 7,62 metres and of improved design ordered to be built by White, England with the intention to use this launch as model for launches to built at Dutch navy shipyards.
