Transports arrived at Cadiz, Spain with on board Italian and French prisoners of war according to the Dutch newspaper Arnhemsche Courant dated 19 April 1817
An item dated Paris 8 April reported that a telegraphic message from Cadiz was received that on 7 April there some transports arrived with on board 450 French and Italian prisoners of war who had been in British service and now were paid off.
