Russian sloop Razboinik arrived in the Dutch East Indies bound for China according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviaasch handelsblad dated 13 July 1880

An item reported the arrival at Anjer, Dutch East Indies of the Russian corvette Rabagnik underway from Cape Town, South Africa via Batavia, Dutch East Indies towards China.

1. This must be the sloop Razboinik of the Kreiser-class laid down at the Nevskii shipyard in 1877, launched a year later, completed in 1879 and finally scuttled on 2 January 1905 during the war with Japan.
