Dutch screw steamship Zr.Ms. Citadel van Antwerpen arrived at Hong Kong according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsche courant dated 11 January 1864

An item reported hat the Dutch screw steamship Zr.Ms. Citadel van Antwerpen arrived on 30^th October coming from Chefoo, China [Chefoo or Chih-fou nowadays Yantai] at Hong Kong.(1)

Screw steam ship 2^nd class, on stocks at the navy yard at Amsterdam, Netherlands on 19 February 1856as Dordrecht, launched 1857, renamed Citadel van Antwerpen in 1868, lengthened with 2 metres >1865-1868<, decommissioned 1 January 1878, converted into a hulk to be used during the building of a lighthouse on the Meindertsdroogte, Dutch East Indies in 1878, displacement 1.780 tons, dimensions 56,00 x 11,05 x 5,40 metres, an armament of 13 guns and a crew numbering 180 men.
