American whaler Hiawatha lying on 18th March in the Bay of Island according to the Whalemen’s Shipping List dated Tuesday 19 July 1859

A letter written by captain Ellis on board of the Hiawatha (1) of New Bedford, USA on 18 March in the Bay of Islands reports that she had a catch of 850 barrels sperm oil. They loaded 8.166 gallons on board of the bark Henry Taber (2) of and bound for New Bedford.
