An item dated Copenhagen, Denmark 12th reported that at the so-called Groenland near the East Gate wood-built barracks were built to accommodate the crew of the Russian squadron returning from the North Sea and which would stay during the winter at Copenhagen. On the Danish squadron to be ready in coming spring were 4.000 infantry to be embarked. (1)
