Floating coal depot planned in outer harbour of Bilbao, Spain according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 12 September 1903

An item dated London, England 10th referred to an official statement of the British consul at Bilbao, Spain reporting that a company there proposed the founding of a floating coal depot in in the outer harbour. Passing ships which were lacking coal could bunker for 2,5 peseta’s less as at Bilbao and with no other expenses as to pay for pilot age.
