the French torpedo boat No. 108 towards Brest,
France when off
Cape La Hogue
the towing line sudden broke and the torpedo boat out of sight disappeared.
There was no crew on board of her. From Plymouth,
England were tidings
received that the torpedo boat was stranded in Whitsand Bay
and that several efforts to refloat her failed.
