Goods salvaged out the wreck of the steamship Vrijheid according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 9 February 1903

An item dated IJmuiden, Netherlands 6th reported that divers succeeded in salvaging some goods out of the wreck of the steamship Vrijheid. A second item dated the 7th reported that the same morning the Dutch tug Simson with a diver on board departed towards the wreck.
