Netherlands-flagged, homeport Veere, Netherlands, MMSI 244820891, call sign PA3145 and ENI number 2319673. Dimensions 19,25 x 4,25 x 1,90 x 4,20 (hold) metres and a displacement of 17,05 tons. Built at the shipyard of Wilton Machinefabriek&Scheepswerf, Rotterdam, Netherlands as the Ampetco for account of the Amerikaanse Petroleum Company at Rotterdam in 1904. Renamed Pieter in 1926, Wiewa in 1928, Jothe on 1954, Alwi in 1959, Seeland in 1977, Tjoba on 2006 and Citius in 2012. Dutch owned except for 1977-1990 as the Seeland when she was owned by J.D. Bauer, Port de Bevaix-Neuchatel, Switzerland.
