Japanese naval flying boats making 5.000 kilometres trip above Japan according to the Dutch newspaper Tribune dated 3 April 1935.

An item dated Tokyo, Japan 2nd referred to an announcement of the Japanese admiralty reporting that two new gigantic navy flying boats each with a crew of more as 20 men would start on the 8th for a trip over a distance of 5.000 kilometres above Japan. Starting from and ending at Tateyama was the intention to visit among other places Ominato and Sasebo.
