Danish cabinet refused Russian destroyer to be repaired at Frederikshav according to the Dutch newspaper Soerabaijasch handelsblad dated 23 November 1903

An item reported that the Rion, Djnepr and other ships part of the Russian Voluntary Fleet and which departed from Libau [Liepaja, Latvia] anchored on the 18th in the Skaw Bay waiting for the screw of one of the destroyers was repaired. The Danish cabinet refused the use of the docks at Frederikshavn. The Russian ships were bound for the Far East.(1)
