An item reported that at Vigo, Spain the battleships Knjas Soeworf, (1) Borodino (2), Orel (3) and Imperator Alexander III (4) stayed behind when the rest of the Baltic Fleet continued her voyage towards the Far East.(5) A second item dated London, England 2nd reported that all Russian ships left Vigo although 4 officers stayed behind to act as witnesses in the coming investigation. The edition dated the 4th reported that the officers went via Paris, France towards St. Petersburg, Russia,
