Spanish destroyer Proserpina launched at Clydebank, Scotland according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens 1898 no. 1

An item reported that in the last week of October at the shipyard of Clydebank Engineering and Shipbuilding Company the Spanish destroyer Proserpina (1) was launched. She was a sister ship of the Plutón (2) which was successfully executing her trials.

1. Of the Audaz-class consisting of the Audaz, Osado, Plutón and Proserpina. Laid down at J.G. Thompson, Clydebank, Scotland in 1897, launched on 25 October 1897, completed in April 1898 and stricken in 1931.
